This three week mini series is designed for students who are new to yoga or newer to studio classes and would like to build confidence as they transition into regular group offerings. Each class begins with dynamic movement to awaken the joints and muscles, then gradually shifts into a slower, more mindful practice focused on refined alignment and smooth, accessible transitions.
Progressive sequencing will build from week to week, working toward specific goals that support strength, flexibility, balance, and ease of movement, while helping students feel more comfortable, capable, and at home in a studio class setting.
