This teacher training is a 21 hr (19 contact hours, 2 non-contact hours in form of video and pre-training assignment) comprehensive experiential immersion designed to give the current teacher or curious student and in depth guide through the techniques and practices of yoga for fascial release. You do not need to be an instructor to participate. This training is appropriate for recreation therapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers or, any individual seeking to cultivate greater ease of movement in their body. Sessions will include: Rollit yoga practice, practice teaching, lecture, information for special conditions and populations, discussion, fascial release techniques and time for questions and answers.
