This experience blends myofascial release, targeted manual pressure, and gentle stretching to ease muscular tension, reduce inflammation, and support the nervous system in shifting into a state of rest and repair.
Students will be guided through self-massage techniques using Roll-It therapy balls to release common areas of holding and restriction. The practice will then transition into a soothing restorative yoga sequence, allowing the tissues to integrate the work and the body and mind to settle into deep relaxation. This workshop is ideal for anyone looking to relieve chronic tension, enhance mobility, and develop a sustainable, at-home self-care routine.
