Join us for a journey beyond the physical as we dive into the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep." This 60-minute immersive workshop is designed to guide you into a state of conscious relaxation, hovering between wakefulness and sleep.
What to Expect:
Suggestion: You may wish to layer a bit warmer. The body tends to cool down when we are in a more restful state. We will have blankets and props available for you, and the studio will be warm, but if you run cold you may wish to add a sweater.

- Guided Stillness: Experience a systematic journey through the body’s layers (Koshas) to release physical, mental, and emotional tension.
- Sankalpa (Intention Setting): Plant the seeds of your deepest desires through a personalized intention, a positive resolve that speaks to your True Self.
- Nervous System Reset: Shift your body into the parasympathetic nervous system, lowering your heart rate and reducing stress levels for a profound sense of peace.
