Many aspects of balance are waiting to be explored in this next six week yoga series, “Fun with ‘Fun’damentals – An Exploration of Balance”, with Diane Stanton Yoga at Boundless Yoga Studio.
Balance can have many meanings depending on the context in which it is framed.
We can talk about balance as it relates to science and nature, finances, diet, mental and physical health, sports, etc.
Yoga offers a great platform to experience balance in its many forms. Here is what you can expect to explore in this series:
In-person classes will be simultaneously available on Zoom, so you can take advantage of this offer from the privacy of your home!
Participants are asked to bring their own mat, blanket or thick towel, yoga strap (scarf or belt). Blocks are available as they are easily cleaned.
There are also props for sale at the studio if you would like to purchase your own.

Yoga offers a great platform to experience balance in its many forms. Here is what you can expect to explore in this series:
- Physical Balance – Our ability to remain upright and stable as we transition between poses with a fluidity and control of movement.
- Energetic Balance – How the two sides of our energetic nature (Yin and Yang) can be balanced for a healthier overall lifestyle. “Go, Go, go” vs, “Whoa, Whoa, Whoa”.
- Mental/Physical/Emotional Balance. A few meditation techniques will be introduced to explore the relationship between the mental, physical and emotional aspects of our being.
