Description:
This 4-week series focuses on myofascial release, the use of manual pressure, and stretching to reduce inflammation and ease muscular tension. Students will be introduced to self-massage techniques through a guided practice that utilizes roll-it therapy balls.
Each week will focus on a different area of the body leaving students with an arsenal of techniques and tools to target common problem areas.
Week 1 - Roll & Release - Tired Legs
Week 2- Roll &Release - Happy Hips
Week 3- Roll & Release - Ease of Breath
Week 4- Roll &Release - Shoulder Tension
Format:
4 Week series - 75 min. each week of guided experiential practice.
