Cost $20/ class or use your Class Session Package or studio membership.
As runners and athletes our bodies support us through endurance and impact. This Yoga for Runner Series will assist us in strengthening, stretching, and nurturing our bodies with dynamic movement focused on areas such as feet, hips, hamstrings and core. This workshop will serve as an important aspect of any runner or athlete's training. It will supplement your performance for both your body and soul. Learn techniques such as moving meditation, sport specific warm up and cool downs, and asanas to help increase your stamina and speed.
