4 week Handstand Series

Build confidence and skill while having tons of fun! This workshop will strengthen, review and refine training techniques allowing you to grow and challenge your personal edges. Take the stress out of your inversion practice by learning to move with mindfulness; safely layering from the ground up. Put your heart above your head and experience the many benefits of inverting, such as: calming the nervous system, improve circulation, age gracefully, elevate your mood, and improve your posture.
Note: Yoga experience is recommended, inversion experience not required. This workshop is NOT appropriate for students with acute neck, wrist or shoulder injuries.
Cost: Students may use their class session packages or Drop-ins are welcome ($17 regular, $10 Student/Senior)
