Join Chris Loebsack for an 8 week adventure into progressive hip opening. This course will focus on safe strategies to expand our potential and unlock tension patterns in the hips through a variety of exercises and stabilization drills. Chris will teach you how to navigate your own unique anatomy while exploring your range of motion. Manual Included for full course participants.
Note: This may apply as a yoga alliance CE Credit or may be applied, for those registered, as a module in the Boundless Yoga Studio 300 hour Teacher Training Program

Prerequisites and Requirements
Familiarity with yoga poses will be helpful
Note: This course is NOT for students with acute or chronic injuries to the hips or spine.

2 months prior to first day of training Full refund.
1 month prior to first day of training 50% refund, 50% Studio Credit
2 weeks prior to training no refund, no credit, space may be transferred to another client.

- Guided exercises:
A variety of exercises, including yoga poses and mobility drills to strengthen and release the hips. - Anatomical understanding:
Explanation of the anatomy of the hip to help participants understand how and why certain movements work to increase flexibility and strength. - Technique and alignment:
The focus is on correct positioning to avoid injury, particularly to the knees, lower back, and hamstrings. - Therapeutic benefits:
Skills to help reduce back and hip pain, improve circulation, and release stress that can be stored in the hips. - Partner Exercises:
