Description:
No you do not need to have a great back bend.... you don't even have to like back bends.
This Back Bend Boot Camp is going to give you the skills needed to work on improving your back bends while addressing tight areas of the hips and shoulders which can limit your ability to move throughout the spine.
We will cover exercises and active stretches meant to strengthen your back and open your front body with grace and ease.... "Show me Easy"
Then you will learn how to see these limitations in others and learn how to support your students in their back bend journey as well.
Through the Yogic journey we will notice and respect any limitations, honor where the body and the mind are today and encourage improvement with patience and love.
All are welcome to Participate.
Friday Eve will begin with a embodied movement workshop. The remainder of the weekend will alternate between an academic look at the spine and spinal movement interspersed with moving practices and progressions.
This Weekend Back Bend Boot camp is an elective of the Boundless Yoga 300 Yoga Teacher Advanced Training. If you are taking this weekend as part of the program please let us know ahead of time. This weekend also is available as CE hours for the yoga alliance.

2 months prior to first day of training Full refund.
1 month prior to first day of training 50% refund, 50% Studio Credit
2 weeks prior to training no refund, no credit, space may be transferred to another client.
