Boundless Vinyasa Sequencing: Unlock the Combination of Power and Flow Course
w/ Chris Loebsack
New Dates TBA
Yoga sequences deeply influence the physical, mental and emotional bodies. This course will empower you with confidence in what you are teaching and how you are presenting it. Working from principles of progressions you will learn how to design creative flows that will give your students physical and emotional journeys. This program includes theoretical discussions, embodied practice, teaching methodology, and practicum hours.
Learn how to place your poses in an order that truly makes sense and feels amazing to move through. By the end of this course you will be able to assuredly design classes that are logical, yet creative; disciplined, yet joyful; and appropriately challenging, yet accessible.
Testimonial: Christopher Dello Russo
"As a recent YTT graduate, one of the most intimidating parts of stepping into teaching was creating class sequences whose components worked together in a reasonable amount of time. I was spending far too much time and energy shoehorning in elements that didn’t make sense and trying to reinvent the wheel for every single class. Many of the classes I created were effective, but others were disjointed and unbalanced.
This training was a game-changer.
After taking the Boundless Vinyasa Sequencing course, my class sequences have become more balanced and coherent, and I am putting them together efficiently. As for my students, the difference has also been noticeable: the positive feedback I have received from them has increased since incorporating the lessons learned during this training.
This class is a must for recent graduates of yoga teacher training, regardless of your style focus. As a teacher who leans towards beginners and alignment-based teaching, I was unsure how a vinyasa/flow-centered training would translate to my classes. Still, I found it easy to make adaptations to fit my needs with the knowledge and tools that Chris taught us."
