Come flow as you glow, moving through a yoga practice under blacklights.
Students will move through a vinyasa class in the dark under only blacklights. Blacklights produce a glowing sensation to light or neon colored clothing, so dress accordingly!
Neon body paint and glow sticks will be provided.
Chris will get you moving, and having fun while creating an atmosphere in which students can have explore their practice in a new way.
