T Krishnamacharya, popularized by his disciple Sri.Pattabhi Jois,

This workshop will cover the primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa.
In the first part of the evening we will break down a few of the interesting transitions and postures. In the second part we will move through the entire primary sequence.
Modifications and options will be offered for all levels. Students should be comfortable with sun salutations.
Note: This workshop is NOT suitable for people with serious wrist, shoulder and back injuries. Some basic experience in yoga practice is recommended.
