Bio:
Jillian's passion is assisting others to uncover their joy and freedoms through
movement. On her mat she promotes playfulness, autonomy, form and fun. She
encourages you to explore your limits, physically, spiritually and mentally in the present
moment.
She combines her background in yoga and leadership to assist others in uncovering the
best version of themselves. Jillian believes in the potential of the human spirit to
overcome adversity and successfully achieve dreams that turn into realistic goals.
When she is not practicing yoga she works as a National Board Certified Health and
Wellness Coach partnering with individuals virtually across the country on health
journeys that include weight loss, stress management, exercise and sleep. Jillian also
coaches individuals looking to improve themselves both professionally and personally
as a certified Gallup Clifton Strengths coach.
Jillian is continuously striving to learn more about yoga philosophy, traditions, and the
physical practice so she can share her knowledge with individuals that join her for their
practice on the mat. When you come to Jillian’s classes expect to be motivated
through music, movement, laughter and self exploration.
