Yoga for Strength Series w/ Jillian Harper

Event Description
Yoga for Strength combines yoga and strength training. We will work through a series of poses and include flows to get the body warm and as we continue through the practice we will add extra weight and motion to the poses to create a dynamic flow with a strength training flare.
These sequences will assist us in discovering our edge and challenge our muscles in ways that create stability and power. Using both our inner physical and mental strength to empower us to feel grounded in body and mind.
