Introduction to Flow ` 4 Week Series with Katy Case

Series Description:
What is a Flow Class?
What is a Sun Salutation?
If you are familiar with beginner yoga poses and want to take their practice to the next level, but you’re not sure what a Flow Class involves, this Series is for you. Each week we will break down a flow sequence and prepare you for a Level One/Open Level Flow.
The first week of the series will break down and explore transitioning between poses with ease with or without modifications and props.
Weeks 2 and 3, we will break down and move through Salutations, a series of poses that builds flexibility, strength, and blends the breath with movement.
The final week in the series, we will put everything together. We will move through flow sequences, build focus with balancing postures, and finish with a seated meditation before coming down onto our backs for our final pose of savasana.
Prerequisite for this series:
-Students with prior yoga experience and familiarity with yoga poses
-able to move up and down from your mat with little or no difficulty
