Rejuvenate your mind, energize your body, and uplift your spirit in a supportive and serene environment.

Class Structure:
-Mindful Movement- We begin with gentle movement incorporating elements of joint mobilization and stretching to prepare for several minutes of stillness.
-Pranayama- Transition to breathing exercises to deepen your breath awareness, enhance respiratory function, and boost energy levels. Tracy will cover various breathing techniques to improve overall energy and well-being.
-Meditation- Conclude with a combination of guided visualization and silent meditation techniques designed to center your mind, release stress, and assist in cultivating a daily meditation practice and inner peace.
