Join Jennifer for the Geek-out. We will explore anatomical and energetic movements to cultivate a happier and healthier body.
Invoking receptivity we will release the holiday stress and unwind those shoulders with a combination of Yin Yoga poses and Rollit Self Massage. Learn how to move safely as you discover joy in the exploration of your body. Start the new year off with incredible commitment to your self care
In this workshop style class we will explore shoulder tension release in a progressive myofascial release sequence and look for:
-What is tight and what is weak.
-How can we create more space in stillness.
-How can we develop our range of motion.
-Some common pitfalls that hold us back
Last but not least:
-How can we can ride the subtle currents of the body to move into stillness, calm and ease.
