We know sleep is important, but we can be quick to push back bedtimes and set earlier alarms in order to keep pace with busy lives. Join Jen Miller for a 90-minute Zoom only class and learn postures that can help ease you into a more relaxed sleep. We will sink into soothing yin postures, all from the comfort of your own home. You can even wear your PJ's and roll right into bed for savasana!
