Postural Analysis & Alignment Sessions
w/ Fallon Horan 500 RYT
Postural Analysis Session (Incudes Photos & Report):
Evaluate body alignment to identify imbalances or deviations that could lead to pain, discomfort, or movement dysfunction. Typical sessions will access foot position, knee alignment, pelvic position, spinal curvature, ribcage position, shoulder alignment, and head position.
*Report will be emailed within two weeks of your session. Follow up with Private Postural Alignment Sessions to review your report and receive individualized recommendations to improve your posture.

The findings of this Report are determined by a visual analysis, or body reading session, conducted by Fallon Horan 500RYT, here thereafter referred to as “The Observer”. The accuracy and quality of the results produced by this report are entirely dependent upon The Observer's ability to see and choose the landmarks required to estimate potential postural imbalances. The information in this report is provided, by the observer to the client, to make educated decisions on exercises to address potential postural imbalances. Boundless Yoga Studio, LLC and The Observer cannot and do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevancy of any information or results provided in this report. Postural Alignment Sessions:
Continue to analyze posture to determine if certain muscle groups are overactive or underactive, contributing to postural deviations. Sessions will include joint mobilization, targeted strengthening, and myofascial release techniques with therapy balls to ease tension, restore balance, and increase functional movement.
