Reiki & Restorative Boundless Bliss: Tracy Gross will take you on a journey to bliss
In this restorative workshop, Tracy will guide you to self preservation of tuning in and letting go.
You'll release into supported postures allowing for optimum comfort while experiencing the Japanese technique of "laying on hands" which is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us.
Like Restorative Yoga, Reiki works on all levels of physical, emotional and spiritual elements, to help reduce stress and anxiety.
Both modalities will balance your restorative experience and take you to a place that will promote healing and clarity.
Your experience will close with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that quiets the vritis, the whirlpool of thoughts, perceptions and actions that occur in all states of consciousness.
Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness.
