Boundless Bliss Restorative Yoga Teacher Training

Fri: 6:30-9:30
Sat & Sun 11:00-8:00 (yes there will be a lunch break)
This teacher training with Tracy Gross and Jessica Batha offers an 18-hr comprehensive experiential immersion designed to give the current teacher or serious student and in-depth guide through the techniques and practices of restorative yoga. This course may be taken for CE credits or as an immersion.
Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that uses props and supports that allow the practitioner to hold poses for a longer period of time without strain, promoting deeper relaxation and creating a space for healing. This allows students relief from stress, including the stress of trying to achieve a posture.
Sessions will include, restorative yoga practice, practice teaching, lecture, sequencing for special conditions and populations, discussion, therapeutic techniques and time for questions and answers.
Course Includes:
· Copy of Boundless Bliss: A teachers guide to restorative yoga by Chris Loebsack, Tracy Gross and Jessica Batha (over 150 color, detailed photographs)
· Certificate of completion
· Credit hours counting toward Yoga Alliance Continuing Education
· Full experiential class session
· Learn the art of teaching restorative yoga
· Embody the creative use of props
· Discover the physiology of the nervous system and stress response
· Explore the physical, mental and emotional aspects of restorative yoga
-Mantras & Breathing
· Practice sequences for special populations
· Practice Teaching
· Handling emotional responses and releases during class
· Learn hands on assists
