Toni Ann Boudreau 200 hr RYT
Toni Ann is diverse in her teachings, with a focus on power and vinyasa styles. She enjoys exploring transitions and balancing. She is dedicated to helping students discover their mobility while also enjoying the movement within their bodies.
Sine 2005, Toni Ann has worked as a licensed insurance producer. In 2017, after unfortunate round of health issues, Toni Ann began to study yoga at home. During this exploration and self-study, she quickly realized how much more there is to the practice. First entering a proper studio with a few classes in February 2020, it was back to practicing at home once the pandemic shutdown began. Once in person classes resumed, she stepped into the studio and has been infatuated with the practice ever since. The welcoming and supportive community along with the ability to remain mobile as the years go on keeps her committed to the practice and her ongoing studies.
Off the mat, Toni Ann enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her first grandson, Miles. When time permits, she loves exploring new breweries near and far with her husband, Mark. Her hobbies include crocheting, reading, listening to music, and developing a new love for outdoor activities.
