Corinne Farrell 500hr ryt, Yoga Slacker and LMT and owner of Balance Yoga Studio (Forty Forty PA)

“Yoga has improved my life in so many ways, and I want to help pass that on to everyone I meet.”
Corinne Farrell knows the human body like you would not believe. A Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher with 500+ logged hours of study, Schwinn Certified Cycling Instructor & Nationally Certified Licensed Massage Therapist, she has taught yoga to blind children, helped many of her clients eliminate lifelong, chronic pain, and inspired hundreds of students to improve their lives through mindful stillness & active living.
With years of practice & expertise, Corinne can help just about anyone find more overall ease in day-to-day activities, though she likes to focus her super-powers on helping kids & expecting mommies discover mental clarity & pain-free existence through intentional movement. Corinne holds certifications in Pre-Natal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, & most recently, Slackline & Acro Yoga.
Though she’s always loved outdoor activities & exercise, Corinne hasn’t always been the Goddess of Yoga & Movement that she is today. She was once a highly paid drug dealer, working extensively in pharmaceutical sales before finding the light & diving headfirst into a full-time career as a Yoga Teacher/Personal Trainer/Massage Therapist.
These days you can find Corinne working one-on-one with her students, studying Kinesiology with Jason Ray Brown & Leslie Kaminoff, training Myofascial Integration with Thomas Myers & teaching meditative movement classes in Pennsylvania & beyond. You may also spot her enjoying the outdoors every way she can.

Eric Mamuzich 200 cyt, acroyoga educator

When Eric found yoga he committed to a 30 day challenge and couldn't believe the transformation that took place right away. Then he started to walk around calm and clearer while healthier eating habits and new friendships appeared. The patience, focus and keen sense of listening to oneself while a midst this practice have now begun to spill out profound changes in all areas of his life.
He became certified to teach yoga in 2012 and has maintained weekly yoga classes since, constantly refining the technique of teaching much like one would refine their technique of movement through the years of a regular practice. He found AcroYoga in 2013 years ago and became certified to teach. He continues to train and develop his practice daily on his own. Remaining teachable he is always attending workshops with a student mindset to better develop his craft of teaching effectively to others.

Valerie kLASS 200 HR sUNDARI yoGA cyt

Valarie Klass, 200 CYT in Hatha Yoga from Sundari Yoga, was introduced to yoga in 2008 through her Tang So Do Instructor, which awakened the idea of a kinder, gentler way of life and so she made the necessary changes to pursue her new path. She is filled with happiness and light now that she has found her passion in life. Yoga has gifted her the balance she has always searched for in her very busy life and career, as well as the many more rewards that come with the practice and building a strong connection with oneself. Valarie's approach brings focus to the Bhandas and engagement; inviting students to connect, direct and utilize the energy locks within the body and experience the power and essence each pose has to offer. Students can expect to feel clearer and higher states of consciousness.
Valarie is honored to teach and bring together community through yoga; developing new friendships through the amazing people she meets. Valarie plans to teach yoga part time in her retirement and spread love and joy to all who welcome it into their lives.
