As this would be closer to the emergence from the covid shutdown we wish to create more space in the room for students to keep a bit of distance and ensure the continued safety for all our students.

Location: Stroudsburg
This teacher training is a 21 hr (19 contact hours, 2 non-contact hours) comprehensive experiential immersion designed to give the current teacher or serious student and in depth guide through the techniques and practices of yin yoga. This course may be taken for CE credits or as an immersion. Sessions will include: yin yoga practice, practice teaching, lecture, sequencing for special conditions and populations, discussion, therapeutic techniques and time for questions and answers.

- Practice Teaching -learn how to support poses for appropriate levels of stretch response for individual practitioners
