Yoga for Chronic Pain: Bring Back Vitality with Movement & Mindfulness Mindset

Have you had a hard time staying active and maintaining a positive mindset because of pain due to illness or injury?

Yoga for Chronic Pain may be the answer to your prayers!
 
Studies have shown yoga, movement, and meditation to be effective modalities for relieving pain, supporting the immune system, and dealing with the stress that comes with having a chronic pain and/or illness.  
 
Join a supportive group of like-minded individuals who want to improve their health and happiness naturally (whether you are on pharmaceutical medications or not doesn’t matter). Get the expert guidance of an experienced movement therapist who knows firsthand what it is like to live with chronic pain.
 
This series combines yoga, corrective exercises, self-massage with grippy, pliable rubber balls, and relaxation practices effectively designed to decrease pain, increase strength and mobility, improve posture and breathing, and enhance your performance in all areas of your life.  (Plus, it’s fun!)
 
Class size will be kept small so that you get the personalized attention you deserve, and Meredith will tailor classes to allow for any limitations you might be experiencing, as well as your unique goals.  Modifications will always be offered for each pose.
 

Even better, since this is a series, classes will build on each other as YOU grow and progress!
You will be amazed at how quickly you improve when you commit to a series of classes designed in this way.
 
To supercharge your progress even more, students in this series will receive SPECIAL pricing on a complementary online course that will
nurture your body, mind, and spirit.

 
These assignments, delivered in an online studio in audio, video and pdf formats, will skyrocket your progress and support a healthy, holistic lifestyle and positive mindset.
 
Access to the online studio is granted for 3 months from start of the program for an additional charge of $39. All students enrolled in the Yoga for Chronic Pain series will receive an email with an intake form and an invitation to join the online course.

About Meredith:
 
Meredith took her first yoga class as a freshman in college in 1987. She got serious and began yoga teacher training over 20 years later to help cope with anxiety stemming from her youngest child’s medical crises, as well as her own health issues and chronic pain.
 
This initial yoga training led her to intensive studies of the body and body-mind connection over the past ten years. She is a voracious and dedicated student, always seeking out new opportunities to learn from the best teachers, and she generously shares this knowledge with her students in workshops, classes, and private practice in NE PA and surrounding regions.
 
Meredith specializes in working with people with chronic pain and autoimmune illness.
