Each Athletic endeavor is exciting and joyful and also carries with it a source of repetitive motion that can place certain stresses on the joints and muscles. Learn how to stay healthy and happy in the sports you love. Jessica will guide you through safe and effective body balancing routines designed specifically for runners and athletes. Make your body happy and your enjoyable sport a sustainable adventure.
