Begin the New Year with a wonderfully spacious practice. The extended class time allows for full attention to pranayama (breathing practices), meditation(concentration and focus) and relaxation (Yummmm) as well as a balanced asana (Posture) practice. The class is open to all levels. Immerse yourself in the great practice.
