This course expands upon yin basics and builds the knowledge base of the subtle connections in the physical and energetic pathways of yin yoga This course may be taken for CE credits or as an immersion, or applied as an elective module to the Boundless Yoga 300 hr Program. Sessions will include: yin yoga practice, practice teaching, lecture, sequencing for myofascial meridians, discussion, assisting techniques and time for questions and answers.
Prerequisites: Boundless Yin Basics Course (or the equivalent yin introduction course from another school) or Boundless Aerial Restorative/ Yin Course or a restorative yoga course.
