Description:
This four-week beginner’s series will introduce students to the foundations of vinyasa yoga, a practice of linking movement to breathe to create a sense of flow. Each class will break down foundational yoga poses, transitions, and breathing exercises. The series will work progressively, reinforcing concepts from previous classes and exploring new movements each week to gradually build a full practice.
The series will also touch on FAQs of basic yoga philosophy and studio etiquette, providing students with the confidence to transition smoothly into regular studio classes.
Format:
Workshop-style approach is geared toward students who are new to yoga and have an interest in attending regular studio classes.
