Welcome to the joyful art of aerial yoga! This session is designed for the complete newbie. We will cover how the rig supports you and basics of interacting with the hammock (aka swing). You will learn the foundations and essentials needed to attend open level classes.
Prerequisite:
Willingness to learn
Comfortable with basic body movements
Caution:
This session is NOT for students with acute injuries, vertigo, pregnancy beyond 15 weeks, or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
REFUND POLICY FOR Aerial 101 WORKSHOPS
ANY CANCELLATIONS 1 MONTH PRIOR TO THE WORKSHOP DATE WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN ONE WEEK TO 48 HOURS PRIOR OF THE WORKSHOP WILL BE REFUNDED 50% (or credited to the account in full for future use.)
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE DAY OF THE EVENT
Workshop passes may be transferred to another student.
