This Viniyoga inspired workshop focuses on merging breath and body in a moving meditation. Viniyoga consists of continual transitions of 2-4 postures at a time for several minutes, allowing joint mobilization, gentle stretching and strength building. This yogic method has the potential to bring the practitioner within, away from everyday life to the present moment, where only movement and breath remain.
