Progressive sequencing sets students up for success! This weekend we will explore how to sequence towards a peak or pinnacle posture. Through a careful analysis of our poses we will help you cultivate a skillful and safe teaching methodology that will empower your students and help them build confidence even if they can't get the full pose. Chris Loebsack brings 30 plus years of anatomy and movement arts experience to the incredible art form of teaching.

- CE Credits towards Yoga Alliance or Towards the BYS 300 hr Program
- Learn how to break it down to build it up
- Practice clear and specific language to improve your ability to cue
- Brainstorm to build a repertoire of ideas for your postures
- Learn how to organize and categorize your ideas from easiest to hardest
- Explore how to adapt your peak pose approach to different styles (ex Hatha vs Vinyasa etc.)
- Build pragmatic and logical sequences to support more challenging postures
- Discover how to keep the class feeling like a well balanced experience even when it has a more directed focus on a specific area.
