Reiki Master Tracy Gross will guide you in this Reiki Level One certification. This certification will teach you how to channel the healing energy of Reiki to yourself and others. Reiki Level One focuses on self healing and self love by channeling energy that already exists within you and all around you. We are all born with a deep internal wisdom and an ability to heal ourselves and others, we simply need to bring that wisdom to the surface of our consciousness.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
The system, following the lineage of Usui Shiki Ryoho or Usui System of Natural Healing, taught by Reiki Master Tracy Gross, emphasizes the value of self-treatment as the core of the practice and encourages the treatment of family and friends. Reiki is a life-long practice through which the depth of the gifts of healing and growth are manifested. The Level One certification gives the student everything needed to grow and develop through this mysterious connection to Reiki, universal life energy.
This training is divided into 2 days. First your initial training and attunnement, then 21 days later we meet again to discuss your experiences and receive the second attunnement.
In Reiki Level 1 you will learn:
-The history of Reiki
-How to connect to Reiki energy
-The 5 principles of Reiki
-Connect to your Reiki guides through meditation
-The Chakras and the Energy Field
-Learn to give a full body Reiki treatment to yourself and close friends and family
-Receive the Reiki Level I Attunement. You will receive 2 attunements.
-The best part… practice and receive Reiki with your fellow students.

Prerequisites: Reiki Level Two requires prior training in Reiki Level One. You don’t need to have studied with Tracy Gross to take this certification, however you must provide documentation that you have completed Level One with another Reiki Master.
Reiki Master Tracy Gross continues the journey and guides you on your never ending path of mysteries and wonders of Reiki~ The Life Force Energy. Certification in Reiki Level Two will build on the foundations of Reiki Level One. As a certified Reiki Level Two practitioner you will be able to begin a business in reiki and receive compensation. We will go deeper into the intuitive aspects of reiki, how to protect yourself from energy that isn’t yours and you will be given the powerful symbols used in healing.
In Reiki Level Two you will receive
- The Reiki II symbols and how to use them in healing self and others
- Using Reiki to heal unwanted habits, manifest desires
- The Reiki II attunement
- Distance Healing across time, space and distance
- Working with spirit allies and guides
- Creating a sacred space
- Working with Reiki and elements of the Earth
- Healing techniques such as cutting cords and removing past emotional trauma
- Learn to do a full 60 minute Reiki II treatment
- A detailed Reiki manual
- A certificate of completion
